Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie broke Ladd's streak of winning within just 16 seconds. Following a brief break before returning to take on Yana Kunizkaya of the UFC in their ESPN 7 third-round fight. In her recent fight for the UFC she took on Norma Dumont at UFC Fight Night 195 to replace her fight. The fight was unanimously decided against her.
